THIS MAN IS MY GRANDFATHER. MUHAMMAD ABDUR RAQIB RAHMATULLAHI ALAIHI. HE WAS THE ONE WHO LEARNED THE QURAN AND TAUGHT IT TO HIS CHILDREN

A GREAT MAN AND AN EXPERT QURANIC TEACHER.

When I was only 2 years old grandfather died. Before he died, he used to pray with his eyes and make duwa by telling Allah to help him. sometimes he prayed sitting down. He was really sick when he died. I miss him. Everyone does. I wish he is alive so I could see him. I only saw him in a picture lying on the bed. I feel sad for grandfather. I don’t know how he became paralyzed. He died in 1998. It was the first day of October. I don’t remember anything about him because I never really got to see him except that I knew he was a great man and an expert Quranic teacher. He was very nice. Everyone is making duwa for him. Even myself. I will never forget what a great man my grandfather was. No one will.

THIS MAN IS MY FATHER, MUHAMMAD AINUL HUDA.HE LEARNED THE QURAN AND TAUGHT IT TO HIS CHILDREN. I LEARNED THE HADITH FROM HIM ' THE BEST AMONG YOU IS THE ONE WHO LEARNS THE QURAN AND TEACHES IT TO OTHERS. HE TAUGHT US THE QURAN SO WE WOULD LEARN HOW TO READ IT AND UNDERSTAND IT.

  About me:

My name is Sumaiya Huda. I am 11 years old and I go to P.S. 11. I am in 5th grade. My teacher's name is Mrs. Skamalos. Some kids in my class laugh at the Hijab I wear over my head. I have 2 friends and they don;t laugh about the Hijaab.

My Past:

I was born in Bangladesh, Sylhet in 1996, Dec. 16 on Monday, which is one of the best day of the week because Muhammad ( S. A. W) was born on Monday and he used to fast every Monday. Dec. 16 is also a great day in history of Bangladesh because it is Independence Day. When I was born, I didn't know what was going around me. After I grew up some  people like my father said how little I was and how little short hair I had. They always liked carrying me. I didn't recognize they were holding me when I was a baby. In 1999, October 25 along with my mom and brother I have immigrated to USA. I was running at the Zia International Airport in Dhaka and my brother was running behind me to hold me. It was a big place and so much fun. When we reached JFK Airport in New York, I met my dad. It was first time my dad carried me and kissed. Because when I was born, my dad was in USA. He didn't see me before. My dad took us to his apartment at 182 first Ave, Manhattan above the Islamic Council of America, known as Madina Masjid. My dad was chief Imam there.   At age 4, I moved to Michigan. When I was 7 years old, I moved to New York  on 2003. I went to Hajj and finished the Hives of the Quran in Arafat. At that time I became Hafizah. Then I went to Ideal Islamic School. I had lots of friends. They thought I was special to them because I was a Hafizah. I was the Top student in class. I changed school after that. I went to P.S. 11 and I had 2 friends. The kids in my class laugh at the Hijab I wear over my head. but I don't care. when it's the day of Judgment, They'll understand. I pray 5 times a day to reach my future goal, to go to Jannah where I could have what I want. I hope that if I pray 5 times a day and listen to elders so I could reach my goal. But first I have to pass the test Allah has given us, to see that if we could do what he told us to do. He is watching The people who are doing the good and bad. There are 2 Angels that are on your left and right shoulder to record what you are doing. They are Raqib and Ateed. Raqib sits on the right and Ateed sits on the left. we can't see them because Angels are invisible.

My Present:

I am 11 years old now. I am praying 5 times a day and reading the quran and listening to elders so I could go to Jannah in the here after.

My Future:

My future dream is to go to Jannah in the here after. I also want to be a writer so I could write books about my life and also other things. I am hoping that I am doing what Allah said to do so I could go to Jannah.
